CMSI order portal

This portal is used to submit project requests to Chalmers Mass Spectrometry Infrastructure (CMSI), a SciLifeLab-affiliated national infrastructure providing metabolomics, lipidomics, and small-molecule mass spectrometry services.

Access follows BioMS and SciLifeLab guidelines, and is open to Swedish academic users, as well as international academic, healthcare, governmental, and industry users. Highest priority is given to Swedish academic users. Projects are evaluated based on scientific quality, technical feasibility, and available capacity.

We strongly encourage users to discuss their project with CMSI staff prior to submission, for example during our recurring drop-in sessions at Chalmers:

📅 1pm on the 21st January, 4th & 18th February, 4th & 18th March, 1st, 15th & 29th April (online drop-in available upon request). If the drop-in times do not work, please use the contact form on this page to request a meeting.

To submit a project, register an account, wait for approval, and then complete the order form with a brief project and sample description. After submission, the CMSI team will contact you to discuss details, timelines, and quotations.
